Here's what you need:

  • 2 fl oz. vanilla rose syrup or rose syrup
  • 1 fl oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice strained
  • 1 fl oz. fresh ginger juice
  • Club soda to top
  • Edible flowers and ice to serve

How to mix:

  1. Place the ice in a serving glass.
  2. Pour the rose syrup, lemon juice, and ginger juice over the ice.
  3. Top up with cold club soda. Serve with edible flowers (optional).

  • Hibiscus flowers in syrup
  • Rosewater
  • VOVETI prosecco

How to mix:

  1. Add one hibiscus flower to each champagne glass. Over it, pour one tablespoon of the hibiscus syrup and ½ teaspoon of rosewater.
  2. Pour the prosecco over the hibiscus. The bubbles will open up the flower and mix in the syrup and rosewater.

Here's what you need:

  • Ice
  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
  • ½ oz. maraschino liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lillet blanc
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. brut Champagne
  • 1 brandied or maraschino cherry, for garnish

How to mix:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, liqueur, Lillet and lemon juice; shake well. 
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass or flute and stir in the Champagne. 
  3. Garnish with the cherry.

Here's what you need:

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Superfine sugar, as garnish
  • 1 bottle Trivento White Orchid Reserve Torrontés, chilled

How to mix:

  1. Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium heat. Stir and heat just until sugar is dissolved, do not boil. Remove from heat, cool then chill. You can make this the night before.
  2. In a blender, add strawberries, lime juice and simple syrup. Pulse until pureed. Strain into a jar through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  3. On a small plate, create a thin layer of fine sugar. Rub rims of 4 wine glasses with limes, then place upside down on sugar to coat rims. Divide strawberry lime mixture between wine glasses and top with wine.
  4.  Serve immediately.

Servings: 4 cocktails

Here's what you need:

  • 1 cup plums, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped, pod reserved
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar, unfiltered
  • 12-20 oz. club soda

How to mix:

  1. Place the plums in a glass jar or glass container along with the sugar and the seeds of the vanilla bean. Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash the fruit until it is fully incorporated with the sugar. Add the vanilla beans seeds & pod.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a gentle simmer. Pour the vinegar over the plum mixture and seal tightly. Shake the mixture a couple of times and refrigerate for 24 hours or up to a week depending on how strong you want the flavor to be.
  3. When ready to serve, strain the fruit mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  4. Mix equal parts shrub with club soda over ice. Add more or less to your liking. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
