Here are some prosecco cocktail recipes for every occasion.

Rose-Ecco Cocktail Recipe by Sophie Dahl

Total Prep time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

100ml Chilled Prosecco

1 tsp. Rose syrup

How to prepare it:

  1. Fill a glass with chilled prosecco.
  2. Drizzle rose syrup and allow it to slide down to the glass bottom.

Prosecco Royale Cocktail Recipe

Total Prep time: 5 minute

Yield: 6 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
  • 3 tsp crème de cassis
  • Blueberries and 6 sprigs of thyme for garnish

How to prepare it:

  1. Into 6 tall champagne flutes, pour ½ tsp of crème de cassis, and top up with chilled Prosecco.
  2. Onto each sprig of thyme skewer a couple of blueberries and drop into the glass to serve.

  • ½ oz. Campari
  • Club soda

  2. Add vermouth, Campari, and top off with club soda.
  3. Gently stir, and garnish with a lime wheel.
