What you need:

  • 2 lb. green beans, cleaned with ends removed
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 c. mozzarella
  • 2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
  • kosher salt
  • pinch red pepper flakes

Steps to prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a shallow skillet, place the green beans. Pour cream over beans and sprinkle garlic and lemon zest. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan and bake for 25-30 minutes until beans are tender and cheese is melted. If desired, bake until cheese is browned.
  4. Garnish with more parmesan and serve.

What you need:

  • 4 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1 (2 lb.) bone-in ribeye
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Steps to prepare:

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter and herbs. Place the mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Keep it tight, by twisting both ends together, and refrigerate until hardened for 20 minutes.
  2. Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper.

In a basket of air fryer, put the steak in and cook at 400° for 12 to 14 minutes, for medium, it depends on the thickness of the steak, flipping halfway through.

  1. Top the steak with a slice of herb butter and serve.

What you need:

  • 1 (16 oz.) package ziti
  • 2 (10 oz.) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ c. mozzarella cheese

Steps to prepare:

  1. Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce and sour cream; add ziti and toss until evenly coated. In a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish, place half of the mixture.
  3. Add ricotta cheese and next 3 ingredients and mix; spread the mixture evenly over pasta mixture in the baking dish. Layer the remaining pasta evenly over the ricotta cheese layer; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

What you need:

  • 1 package Double Stuffed Oreos
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz. Dipping Chocolate (almond bark or chocolate chips)
  • Colored Candy Chocolate Melts of your choice for decorating
  • 1 egg cookie cutter

Steps to prepare:

  1. In a food processor, add Oreos and grind finely.
  2. In a large bowl, mash softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos until well combined and uniform in color.
  3. Form the cream cheese and Oreo mixture using an egg cookie cutter. Press some of the Oreo truffle mixtures inside to form the egg shape. Remove the mixture carefully from the cookie cutter and place it on a wax-covered cookie sheet. Repeat the process to use all the mixture.
  4. Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. While balls are in the freezer, melt chocolate according to directions.
  6. Dip the frozen Oreo truffle mixture into the melted chocolate. Place on a sheet pan and let harden completely.
  7. Melt colored candy chocolate melts and pipe as desired to decorate eggs. Let the chocolate harden.
  8. Let chocolate set, refrigerate before serving and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge.
