Blueberry-Strawberry Cream Slush

Yield: 2 servings
Here's what you need:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
- 8-10 ice cubes
How to prepare:
- In a blender, add all ingredients. (If using frozen fruit, reduce or eliminate the ice cubes.)
- Pulse for about 10-15 seconds until smooth or reached your desired consistency. If the slush mixture is too thin, add more ice. If it is too thick, add more juice.
- Serve and enjoy.
Kiwi Banana Smoothie

Here's what you need:
- 2 peeled and chopped kiwi fruits
- 1 peeled banana
- ½ cup milk almond (you can also use soy or dairy)
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
How to prepare:
- In a blender, add peeled and cut kiwis and banana, along with the lime juice, milk, yogurt, and ice.
- Pulse and blend for a minute or two, until ingredients are mixed and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Orange Pineapple Slush

Here's what you need:
- 6 oz. can of orange pineapple juice frozen concentrate
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 12 ice cubes
How to prepare:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend to desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Strawberry Yogurt Swirl Slushy

Here's what you need:
- 1 cup of sliced strawberries (approximately 7-8 medium strawberries)
- Ice and water to blend
- Optional to taste: Splash or honey, sugar, or sweetener
- ¼th cup of Yulu Strawberry Yogurt
How to prepare:
- In a high-powered blender add strawberries, water and ice and blend until ice is fully crushed. (Optional - add sweetener of choice to taste)
- Pour slushy into a cup leaving plenty of room at the top for your yogurt swirl.
- Spoon yogurt on top and use the thin end of a spoon or a butter knife to swirl it into the mixture.
Whole Fruit Slushies

Here's what you need:
- 2 cups of frozen fruit of your choice (peaches, pineapples, strawberries, watermelon, etc.)
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ½ cup water
How to prepare:
- In a blender or food processor, add frozen fruit, honey, and water and blend thoroughly.
- Add an additional ¼ of water if needed to blend.
- Serve immediately if you want to scoop with a spoon or let rest for 5-10 minutes if you want to sip through a straw.
