  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. barbecue sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • Thinly sliced Onions
  • Lettuce, shredded

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. Mix ground beef, barbecue sauce, salt, green onions, and pepper. Make four 1-inch-thick patties.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, add canola oil, and cook patties on medium heat. Cook the patties for 7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  3. Top each patty with 1 slice Cheddar cheese; Remove the skillet from heat and cover it to melt the cheese. 
  4. Serve on burger buns topped with sliced onions and shredded lettuce.

No-Bake Watermelon Cake

Here's what's you need:

  • 1 Whole Seedless Watermelon
  • Whipped Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • Fresh Blueberries

Here's what you need:

  1. Peel the watermelon and slice off 2 short ends so that it will sit flat.
  2. Cover it with whipped cream and add sliced strawberries and berries on top. 
  3. Chill and serve.
