  1. Slice strawberries into heart shapes by using a paring knife.

  3. Fill each champagne flutes about two-thirds full with champagne. 
  4. Pour in grenadine about a tablespoon on top.

Here's what you need:

  • Large strawberries, 3 boxes or (16-oz.)
  • Semisweet chocolate chips, 2 cups
  • Coconut oil, 2 tsp.
  • Strawberry Jell-O, 1 box or (3-oz.)
  • Boiling water, 1 cup
  • Vodka, 1 cup

Here's how to mix it:

  1. To make the shot glasses. Cut off the strawberries tops and tips, to make them stand up on a flat surface. To create a strawberry shot glass, scoop out the inside of each strawberry gently with a small melon baller. Discard the strawberry insides.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat with 30-second intervals (stir in between) in a microwave until completely melted. Dip strawberries halfway in chocolate. On a baking sheet, place each strawberry cup-side up. Refrigerate them to harden for 10 minutes.
  3. To make the Jell-O filling: Whip together Jell-O and boiling water in a large bowl until fully dissolved and, add vodka and whisk.
  4. Slowly pour the Jell-O mixture into strawberries. Refrigerate them until firm for about 3 to 4 hours.

  1. Gin, 3 oz.
  2. Elderflower liquor, 1 oz.
  3. Lime juice, 1 oz.
  4. Rosé champagne, 6 oz.
  5. Ice cubes
  6. Rose petal for garnish

Here's how to mix it:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix gin, elderflower liquor, and lime juice. 
  2. Add ice to the mixture and shake for 10 seconds.
