What you need:
- ½ c. sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 ears corn, husks removed
- Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
How to prepare it:
- Make bang bang butter: In a medium bowl, add chili sauce, butter, Sriracha, garlic, and lime juice and season generously with salt and pepper and mix.
- Coat corn with butter.
- Heat grill to medium high. Grill corn, turning and basting with remaining bang bang butter occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and charred.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Glazed Bacon-and-Cheese-Filled Burgers Recipe

This Glazed Bacon-and-Cheese-Filled Burgers by Country Living is a picnic favorite.
Yields: 4 servings
What you need:
- 3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. chipotle powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. fresh-ground pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 slice bacon
- 4 rolls
How to prepare it:
- Heat grill to medium.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, spices, salt, and pepper and set aside. Make 8 equal patties out of the ground beef. Mix cheese and crumbled bacon and divide equally into 4 and top them off on 4 patties.
- Place the remaining patties over the cheese and bacon and pinch the edges to seal. Pat each burger with the reserved spice mixture generously. Grill to desired doneness -- about 5 minutes per side for medium.
Grilled Broccoli Recipe

What you need:
- 2 lb. broccoli
- ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for serving
- ¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan
- Lemon wedges, for serving
How to prepare it:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Trim off the tough bottom half of the broccoli stem, then quarter broccoli head into small trees.
- In a large bowl, whip oil, Worcestershire, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add in broccoli and toss to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place broccoli on the grill and sprinkle lightly with more salt. Grill broccoli for 8 to 10 minutes or until knife-tender and slightly charred, flipping every 2 minutes and basting with any remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and more red pepper flakes and serve with lemon wedges.
Cobb Pasta Salad Recipe

- 1 lb. gemelli
- 4 slices bacon
- ranch dressing
- 3 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped

- ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
How to prepare it:
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook gemelli according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and chop, then set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, add ranch dressing and toss with pasta until evenly coated. Add bacon, egg, tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Drizzle with more ranch dressing and serve.
