This Raspberry Moscato Cocktail by Tonya Staab is a romantic wine cocktail.

Total prep time: 5 minutes

Yield: 2 cocktails

Here's what you need:

  • ¾ cup dry ginger ale
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ pkt Sweet'N Low
  • 1 cup pink Moscato chilled - Gallo Family Pink Moscato
  • Heart-shaped ice cubes

Here's how to mix it:

  1. Get your Moscato chilled and put the heart-shaped ice cubes in the freezer.
  2. In a blender, add ginger ale, raspberries, and Sweet'N Low, and blend until smooth.
  3. Into the glass, place a few heart-shaped ice cubes, add the raspberry mixture (half per glass), and then top with the pink Moscato.
  4. Top it off with a raspberry garnish for each glass – or you can thread a few onto a fun drink stirrer.
  5. Drop a few heart-shaped ice cubes carefully on top.

Here's what you need:

  • 1 Bottle Rosé
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

Here's how to mix it:

  1. Into ice cube trays, pour Rosé and freeze for 4 hours. It won’t freeze solid because of the alcohol.
  2. In a blender, place Rosé cubes and raspberries. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or put back into the freezer and blend quickly again before serving.

Here's what you need:

For the Cocktail:

  • 5 oz. Strawberry Vodka
  • 5 oz. Chocolate Vodka
  • 3 oz. Strawberry Puree
  • 5 oz. Half and Half or Milk
  • 1 C. Crushed Ice

Strawberry Puree:

  • 1 C. Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Water

Garnishments:

  • Chocolate Covered Strawberry
  • Red Sugar Sprinkles
  • Chocolate Syrup

Here's how to mix it:

  1. To prepare the martini glass: Dip the glass rim in chocolate syrup and then sugar sprinkles.
  2. Inside the martini glass, swirl chocolate syrup in circular patterns.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodkas, strawberry puree, half and half.
  4. Shake vigorously until fully combined and chilled.
  5. Pour into a prepared martini glass and garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry.
  6. To Make the Strawberry Puree: In a blender, add strawberries, water, and sugar and blend until smooth.

This Strawberry Mojito by Mary Duncanson is a fresh and sweet mojito with lots of strawberry juice in it.

Yield: 6 cocktails

Here's what you need:

  • 1 cup strawberry juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • ½ bunch mint (leaves, not stems)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups club soda
  • ice

For garnish:

  • Strawberry slices
  • Lime slices
  • Mint

Here's how to mix it:

  1. In a large pitcher, add lime, sugar, and mint.
  2. Muddle to release the oils from the mint.
  3. Add in strawberry juice and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Mix in rum, and club soda until fully combined.
  5. Garnish with strawberry slices, lime slices, and mint.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!

This Champagne and Raspberry Ice Cream Floats by Danae of Recipe Runner is a part dessert and a  part cocktail, but surely 100% delicious!

Total Prep Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4 cocktails

Here's what you need:

For the Floats:

  • 1 bottle champagne or prosecco
  • 1-pint vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

For the Raspberry sauce:

  • 12 oz. frozen or fresh raspberries, defrosted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Here's how to mix it:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the raspberries and sugar. Mash the berries until all the juices are released. Once the mixture is smooth, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Press the mixture through a mesh strainer to remove the seed and pulp of the berries. Chill the sauce.
  2. In each champagne flute, add a couple of spoonsful of raspberry sauce to the bottom of each flute. Add a couple of small scoops of vanilla ice cream on top and top off with champagne.
  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of raspberry sauce.

NOTE: Chill the raspberry sauce and champagne before assembling the floats.
