Blueberry Lemonade Margaritas Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings
Here's what you need:
FOR THE SYRUP
- ¼ c. granulated sugar
- ¼ c. water
- ½ c. blueberries
- Zest of ½ lime
FOR THE MARGARITA
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 8 oz. tequila
- 4 oz. triple sec
- 1 c. lemonade
- Ice
How to mix:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add sugar and water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add blueberries and lime zest and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer mixture until blueberries have burst, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes, then strain mixture into a clean jar. Let cool completely.
- On a small plate, stir together sugar and salt. Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in sugar salt mixture.
- Divide tequila, triple sec and lemonade between 4 glasses. Fill each glass with ice, then top with blueberry syrup.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge to serve.
Hibiscus Mezcal Pitcher Cocktail Recipe

Yield: 6-7 Cocktails
Here's what you need:
For the hibiscus syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
For the cocktails:
- 3 cups mezcal
- 1 ½ cups lime juice (from 12 to 14 medium limes or store bought)
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1 medium lime
- Ice
How to mix:
- In a small saucepan, place 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers. Stir and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let sit until completely cooled, about 1 hour. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer set over a small bowl and press on the solids to release as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Make the cocktails:
- Pour the hibiscus syrup into a pitcher. Add 3 cups tequila or mezcal, 1 ½ cups lime juice, 1 ½ cups water, and ½ cup orange liqueur, and stir to combine.
- Cut 1 medium lime into wedges or wheels. To serve, fill each glass with ice and garnish with a slice of lime, and then pour in the margarita.
Rock Lobster Cocktail Recipe

Here's what you need:
- 1 ½ oz. coconut rum
- ¾ oz. banana liqueur
- ½ oz. grenadine
- ½ ripe banana, sliced
- 1 dash pineapple juice
- 1 dash orange juice
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ oz. dark rum
How to mix:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a blender, add the coconut rum, banana liqueur, grenadine, banana, pineapple and orange juices, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Float the dark rum on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
- Serve and enjoy.
Strawberry Mojito Pitcher Recipe

Here's what you need:
- 1-pound strawberries (about 20 medium)
- Juice of 3 medium limes
- ¼ cup superfine sugar
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh mint leaves (from about 1 bunch) (reserve 6 small sprigs for garnish)
- 5 cups crushed ice
- 12 ounces (1 ½ cups) white rum, such as Bacardi
- 1 cup club soda, chilled
- 6 small fresh mint sprigs
How to mix:
- Reserve 6 whole strawberries for garnish. Hull and then slice the remaining strawberries and place in a pitcher. Add the lime juice and sugar and muddle until the sugar dissolves.
- Slap the mint leaves in your hand and add to the pitcher. Add the ice and gently stir for 15 seconds. Stir in the rum. Top with the club soda and gently stir for 5 seconds.
- Divide the mojito among 6 glasses. Tuck a mint sprig into the top of each glass, float a whole strawberry in the center of each glass, insert a tall straw, and serve.
Strawberry & Limoncello Rosé Sangria Recipe

- ¾ cup limoncello
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup hulled and quartered fresh strawberries

How to mix:
- In a large pitcher, add the limoncello and the strawberries and mix.
