Yield: 6 cocktails

Here's what you need:

  • ¾ cup blood orange juice (about 3-4 oranges)
  • 1 (750ml) bottle champagne
  • 1 blood orange for slices for decoration
  • Paper straws

How to mix:

  1. Place half an orange slice in each glass or on the rim. Divide blood orange juice evenly among glasses.
  2. At serving time top with champagne slowly, tipping glasses at 45-degree angle to minimize foaming.
  3. Serve immediately. Add paper straw at serving time so it doesn't get soggy.

Yield: 2 cocktails

Here's what you need:

  • 4 oz. lemon juice about 3 lemons
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 10 raspberries
  • Thyme springs
  • Ice

How to mix:

  1. Add honey and warm water to cocktail shaker and stir until honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Add raspberries. Muddle raspberries in honey water.
  3. Add lemon juice, vodka, and a few ice cubes.
  4. Herbs can be added here if desired.
  5. Shake vigorously.
  6. Pour through strainer top into cups of ice. Enjoy!

Here's what you need:

  • 3 slices nectarine, divided
  • 3 Bing cherries, divided
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 3 oz. reposado tequila
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

How to mix:

  1. In an old-fashioned glass, add 2 nectarine slices, 2 cherries, and the agave nectar.
  2. Muddle well, until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, then add the tequila and bitters.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Garnish with the remaining nectarine slice and bing cherry.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

  • ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, from 1/2 lime
  • 1 ¼ oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • ¼ oz. Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish, optional
  • Fresh mint sprig, for garnish, optional

How to mix:

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the orange juice, both rums, and Galliano.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of mint if you like.
