- ½ c. sour cream
- 1 clove grated garlic
- ¾ tsp. dried oregano
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- 6 oz. coarsely grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ c. grated Parmesan, divided
- 1 ¼ c. pizza or marinara sauce
- 2 oz. mini pepperoni slices
- 1 sliced baguette, warmed
Here's how to prepare it:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and ½ teaspoon salt, mix. Add 1 cup mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
- In a shallow 1-qt baking dish, transfer mixture. Top with pizza or marinara sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then pepperoni. - ¼ c. sour cream
- Chopped cilantro and hot sauce, for serving

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- In each cup, place 2 wonton halves, overlapping to form an X. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In medium skillet, heat oil on medium-high and add beef, let it cook until browned or cooked through. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
