The Game Day is just around the corner! Although Super Bowl Sunday this year might be a little different from the past, you can still enjoy it with your family. All you need is some tasty snacks to keep everyone's tummy happy. Whether your family is a sports enthusiast or not, serving some of these Super Bowl kid-friendly snacks will keep your little ones satisfied.

Total prep time: 30 minutes

Yields: 8 servings

Here's what you need:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • ¾ tsp. dried oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • 6 oz. coarsely grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ c. grated Parmesan, divided
  • 1 ¼ c. pizza or marinara sauce
  • 2 oz. mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 sliced baguette, warmed

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and ½ teaspoon salt, mix. Add 1 cup mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
  2. In a shallow 1-qt baking dish, transfer mixture. Top with pizza or marinara sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then pepperoni. Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbling and cheese begin to brown, let broil for 1 to 2 minutes if needed. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with baguette slices for dipping.

  • ¾ c. apricot preserves
  • 3 tbsp. bourbon, optional
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp. sriracha, optional
  • 2 1/3 lb. chicken wings, separated, tips discarded
  • Chopped scallions or cilantro, for serving

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. In a large bowl, add apricot preserves, bourbon (if using), lime juice, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using), whisk until smooth and combined. In a small bowl, transfer ¼ cup of the mixture and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add sauce and chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Heat grill to low. Place wings bone side down on grill, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for 10-15 minutes more until cooked through. Toss with reserved sauce and sprinkle with chopped scallions or cilantro. Serve.

  • 24 wonton wrappers, each cut horizontally in half
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 ½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Pico de Gallo
  • ¼ c. sour cream
  • Chopped cilantro and hot sauce, for serving

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In each cup, place 2 wonton halves, overlapping to form an X. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. In medium skillet, heat oil on medium-high and add beef, let it cook until browned or cooked through. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. In each wonton cup, layer scant 1 tablespoon meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  5. Top cups with Pico de Gallo and sour cream; sprinkle with cilantro and hot sauce, if desired.

Here's what you need:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup quick-cooking old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¾ cup coarsely chopped dried cherries or whole raisins or mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy almond, peanut, or sunflower butter

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. In a medium bowl, add honey, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and 3 tbsp. hot water, stir until smooth and incorporated. Fold in oats and coconut and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add cherries and almond butter and stir thoroughly to combine.
  3. Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into balls in between your palms. Place the balls on a plate or rimmed baking sheet and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
