Yield: 8 servings

Here's what you need:

  • 300 g cream cheese or 11 oz (when softened to room temperature)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ - ½ tsp. mint extract to taste
  • green food coloring optional
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and beat it with a hand mixer until it's creamy and smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and keep beating at high speed until it's fully combined.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and mint extract and keep beating at high speed until fully combined (scrape off the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is all mixed!).
  4. Add in the green food coloring until it's fully combined.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and save a few for sprinkling over the top of the dip when serving.
  6. Serve this dip immediately or refrigerate it up to 2 days before serving with fresh fruit, cookies, or even pretzels for a sweet and salty twist!

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with foil.
  2. Heat the frosting on 50% power in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds until a little runny. Mix in the peppermint extract and gel coloring. Make the frosting a little darker and the melted white chocolate will lighten the fudge.
  3. Heat the candy melts on 50% power in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until almost fully melted.
  4. Softly stir the melts and the frosting together and spread into a prepared pan. Add sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate the fudge for 30 minutes and cut into squares or with cookie cutters.
  5. In this 8x8 pan, the fudge pieces are about ⅝" thick. If you desire a thicker fudge, you could double the recipe.
