- 2 medium peeled and chopped carrots

- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 4 c. turkey stock (or low-sodium chicken broth)
- 3 c. water

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (12-oz.) package egg noodles
- 3 c. cooked shredded turkey

- In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil, add onion, carrots, celery, leek, and, and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add the stock or broth, water, bay leaf, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then add egg noodles. Cover and cook for 7 minutes until pasta is cooked through. Discard bay leaf, rosemary, and thyme, rosemary.

- 1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded leftover turkey
- 1 c. leftover stuffing
- 1 c. leftover cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
- Leftover warmed gravy for dipping
Here's how to prepare the dish:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Unroll the crescent rolls, separate each triangle. On a baking sheet, arrange them in a sunburst pattern, let the pointy ends of the triangles face outward and bases of triangles overlapping.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the triangle bases to form a ring. Top with stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce. Fold the triangle tips overfilling (put some gaps to let the ingredients peek out between triangles).

- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and making sure all the buns are attached. Set aside the top of the buns.
- In a sprayed 9x13 pan, put the bottom half of the buns. Over the buns, layer the turkey, cranberries, slices of cheese, and the top of buns.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix the butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, and poppy seeds. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until the butter is melted.
- Brush the mixture over the top of the buns. Cover the pan with tinfoil and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Remove the tinfoil and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
