We are happy to offer a no questions asked refund policy for 30 days after purchase. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will start the process.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a charm comes breaks or comes apart anytime during your first year of use, we will gladly replace that charm. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which charm it is and your address, and we will get another on it's way to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
